Disclosures

People interested in taking the debtclasses.com online debtor education course must acknowledge the following disclosures:

  • The course fee is $15 per filer. No additional fees will be required for course completion or certification.
  • Couples will have to take this course independently (each person will need to register, pay and complete the course)
  • This course is offered to debtor students without regard to debtor students’ ability to pay the stated course fee. If the debtor student can provide evidence (via e-mail or mail) of a waiver of court filing fees, the course fee will be waived. For additional information, please contact waiver@debtclasses.com.
  • A+ Bankruptcy Education’s Director of Education has over 22 years financial management teaching experience and curriculum design.
  • This course is available online 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
  • A+ Bankruptcy does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor students to or by A+ Bankruptcy.
  • Upon completion of the course, A+ Bankruptcy Education will provide a certificate of course completion to the debtor student. A certificate may also be sent to the student’s attorney if requested by the debtor student during registration.

Refund Policy

Upon request, A+ Bankruptcy will provide a 100% refund of course fees based upon fulfillment of the following two criteria:

  1. Certificate of completion has not been issued.
  2. Refund is requested within 7 calendar days of payment.

Terms of Use

Our liability to you in connection with this site is limited to the amount of the fee you pay us; we will have no liability for your consequential or incidental damages. The foregoing is our full and final agreement regarding this site. Our agreement with you is governed by substantive Utah law, and courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah (federal or state) will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute about this agreement.
